Course Overview:

The Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Matwork Pilates is a professional qualification for instructors, aimed at equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to conduct safe, effective, and inspiring mat-based Pilates classes for both groups and individuals.

Throughout a 12-week period, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the principles and foundations of Pilates, delve into anatomy and biomechanics, and refine effective cueing techniques. Additionally, they will master a diverse array of Pilates exercises. The program also covers the use of screening tools, the application of modifications and progressions, and strategies for safely working with clients who have common injuries or symptoms that can benefit from Pilates practice.

This course blends practical, hands-on learning with in depth theory, preparing you for a successful career as a Pilates instructor.
