Course Overview:

The Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Matwork Pilates is a professional instructor qualification designed to give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to teach safe, effective, and inspiring mat-based Pilates classes to groups and individuals.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll learn the principles and foundations of Pilates, explore anatomy and biomechanics, develop effective cueing techniques, and master a wide range of Pilates exercises. You’ll also learn how to use screening tools, apply modifications and progressions, and work safely with clients presenting common injuries or symptoms that can be improved through Pilates.

This course blends practical, hands-on learning with in depth theory, preparing you for a successful career as a Pilates instructor.

Duration: 12 Weeks (Self learning + x4 in person day practicals)
