The Level 3 Certification in teaching Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates is a nationally recognised specialist qualification designed for Pilates instructors, fitness professionals, and health practitioners who want to safely and confidently support clients during pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Whether you're an experienced instructor or expanding your expertise into women's health, this qualification will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver effective, safe, and supporitve Pilates -based classes for mothers at all stages.

Course Duration and Format:

Duration: 4 weeks. Two days face to face learning and practical. Further 4 weeks to complete written exam and assessments.

Delivery: In studio and self study

Commitment: Approx 10 hours of guided learning hours for and self study.
